Masamvu & Da Silva –Gustavo Law Chambers, formerly known as Mutatu, Masamvu and Da Silva-Gustavo, was founded in 2019 with a focus of building long term relationships with our clients whilst helping them to achieve their business and personal goals and providing sound legal advice. Our team of qualified legal practitioners have experience in, but not limited to, corporate and commercial law, civil and criminal litigation as well as inheritance law, labour law, conveyancing, mining and estate Administration,

Bruce Israel Masamvu
LLBS (HONS) MSU
He joined Dube Tachiona and Tsvangirai in January 2014 and became an Associate Partner in January 2019 . He then teamed up with Mr Mutatu and Mrs Da Silva-Gustavo to form MMD Law Chambers.
In his career, Mr Masamvu has practiced law in extensive areas including, but not limited to, landlord and tenancy law, banking law, commercial financial advisory, criminal litigation, debt collection and conveyancing. He currently supervises the conveyancing department and has a wide range of clients both individuals and corporates.
Priscillah Da Silva - Gustavo
LLBS (HONS) UZ
Mrs Da Silva- Gustavo graduated as a Legal Practitioner and Conveyancer in 2014 from the University of Zimbabwe. She began her practice at Joel Pincus, Konson & Wolhuter Legal Practitioners in 2014 where she worked until she partnered with Mr Mutatu and Mr Masamvu in 2019 to form Mutatu, Masamvu & Da Silva-Gustavo law Chambers, now known as Masamvu & Da Silva-Gustavo Law Chambers, as the Managing Partner. She has experience in Conveyancing, Corporate law, Commercial law, Family law, Labour law ,succession law, property law and estate administration.
As part of her labour law practice she also gives presentations and lectures when called upon to do so.
She is also a member of the Zimbabwe Women Lawyers Association, a Provincial Representative for the Young Lawyers Association of Zimbabwe and the Treasurer for the Bulawayo Legal Practitioners Association.

Sifiso Sithole

She previously worked with Furusa and Company Legal Practitioners and Magondora and Partners before joining MMD Law Chambers. She is also a member of Zimbabwe Women Lawyers Association.
Lylod Chimire
LLBS (HONS) UZ
Lylod Chimire, holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Zimbabwe having graduated as a Legal Practitioner and Conveyancer in 2014. He then joined Muzenda and Partners as a Professional Assistant before moving to the Judicial Service Commission from 2015 to 2020 where he worked as a Principal Assistant Master of the High Court responsible for the administration of deceased Estates, insolvents and minors, preparing Master’s reports for matters before the courts, appearing in all courts representing the masters’ office and presiding over creditors meetings. In 2020 he returned to private practice and joined Liberty Mcijo & Associates as a Professional Assistant. He thereafter joined Masamvu & Da Silva Gustavo Law Chambers in March 2021 where he specializes in succession law, family law, labour law, contract law, mining law and conveyancing.
Conrad Nyathi
LLB (HONS)MSU
Conrad Nyathi holds an LLB Honours Degree from Midlands State University, Zimbabwe and is currently a candidate for an LLM in Comparative Business Law in Africa with the University of Cape Town, South Africa. He is receiving specialised training in doing business in North Africa and the Middle East, Resource Revenue Law, Chinese Law and Investments in Africa, and Regional Integration Law. He is a scholar of the Mandela Institute for Development Studies, a leading prestigious think-tank on African integration and economic development matters. Conrad is also an alumnus of the Young African Leaders Initiative from which he holds a qualification in Business and Entrepreneurship Development. He also lectures at Midlands State University in the Faculty of Law.
Professionally, Conrad has interned in the legal department of the Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company. During his time there, he was exposed to high-profile commercial litigation. He joined Masamvu & Da Silva-Gustavo Law Chambers in 2021 where he now specialises in the Law of Insolvency, International Trade Law, International Humanitarian Law, Public International Law, and Tax Law. Overall, owing to his academic, professional, and personal experiences; Conrad commits to providing organised and bespoke solutions to his clients
